Is there a way to create a list of minor leaguers without it being in page after page?

Hey all, I am looking to see if anyone knows a way for me to create a sortable list of all minor leaguers in the league without it being in pages like the image below (see right side)

I am working on some spreadsheets and I want to essentially write to report a list of all minor leaguers, or at the very least a large chunk of them, in one go instead of export to disk 70-100 pages of them.

I think in the settings you can select scrollable instead of pages. Not sure if there is a limit on how big that scrollable list can be? IOW does the game automatically go to pages if the list is XXXX long?

For chunks maybe sort into batters\pitchers and do two reports?

I've never done this stuff so just throwing out ideas. TIFWIW.
