Game Crashing

I've all of a sudden been experiencing a few game crashes. I played an entire season with nothing going wrong but since going into the second season I've experienced at least 3 crashes already.
I have recently turned on commissioner mode and edited one draft eligible player and that's it, so wondering if that would cause issues?

Probably not, unless you've done something like change a goalie into a skater. Assuming that's not it, if you're getting them at a consistent time, we could have a look at it if you can upload the save.
