FHM 8 Internation Duty for under 18s not returning to team

Hello,

I recently started playing FHM 8. The Hlinka Cup ended, I was coaching/GM of the Finnish U18s (I am currently playing as Luuko Rauma). My 15 year old players I had on the U18 team cannot be returned to the lineup nor sent down. They are stuck on international duty. Meanwhile, players on the U18 teams are playing for their respective teams. I cannot retire the players since they are underaged. Help?!? is there a fix?

Might be a related issue: I'm playing GM-only and had a player selected for the U17 World Challenge. When he came back, my coach ignored him. Would not play him. This was in a previous save game that I don't have anymore, because I started a new save to get a database that included 2021 junior draft picks.
