Switch Leagues

In a custom game, is it possible to switch a league that a team is in? For example, if I started with an NHL+AHL+CHL custom game model, would I be able to move a QMJHL team to the OHL without deleting them and having to sign back all their players?

You'll have to delete them and recreate it.
