Coach Gordon Bombay!
Figured this be a nice Interactive - Creative way of going to keep interested in the game.
Been awhile since I have done one of these, but been pretty consistent on and off since FHM4 I am beginning Gordon Bombays career as a 38 Year Old Coach in the present day. (Fictional Character = Slight Cheats in age haha) He has been asked to coach a new team being placed into the FPHL league (Federal Prospects Hockey League) as his success internationally is well known and they wanted to give him a more permanent home. His request was the team needed to be placed where it all began and the team be ducks there for making the new added team the Minneapolis Mighty Ducks! Teams going to be built of players 17-20 to begin his career. All custom players created with custom templates from the game. A few of his new original players from the new show have been added (Kooble, Ganz, Morrow and LaRue) Should be fun. Current Roster: G. J.Koobler - Standup Goalie G. Z. Forsyke - Hybrid Goalie LD. C. Mendosa - Offensive, No-Physical D-man LD. Z. McReader - Two-Way D-Man LD. N. Murden - Defensive D-man RD. J. Henderson - Two-Way, Physical D-man RD. F. Banter - Enforcer RD. S. Eversteen - Two-Way, Physical Winger. N. Ganz - Two-way Winger. A. Fregan - Playmaker Winger. S. Playford - Two-Way Center. E.Morrow - Offense-Oriented Center. T. Baker - Goalscorer-Physical Center. J. Quilty - Playmaker-Physical Winger. L. LaRue - Goalscorer Winger. J. Maverick - Checking Winger. J. Bland - Offense-Oriented, Physical Last edited by TBiz; 11-20-2021 at 08:46 PM. |

PRESEASON FORM:
Pre-Season Record: 5-2-0 Z. McReader came into camp unfit, but Gordon Bombay turned his blind eye on the situation this time and said nothing. L. LaRue lead the team in points with 11 in the preseason, along with T. Baker behind him with 10 points. Both players lead the team in scoring with 5 each. Each other player contribute 3 or more points in the preseason. The goalies split time with Z. Forsyke getting the extra start. Z. Forskye went 3-1 with a 2.50 GAA and .882 SV% while J. Koobler went 2-1 with a 1.67 and .915 SV% |

Coach Bombay has lived up to his legacy as he once again put together a team to play well in a new environment. The Ducks are currently unbeaten in regulation having only lost in a shootout against defending Champions The Columbus River Dragons. 7 games into the season, Bombay has taken a hit though, as lead points man T. Baker decided to take the offer of signing with the Buffalo Sabres. Bombay is now short a player to compete and will need to start recruiting for another player to fill the roster. |

The Minneapolis Might Ducks coach Bombay has luckily found his replacement at Center with the departure of T.Baker going to the Buffalo Sabres. Jaxson Riverton is a local Teen, who has been known to come up big when it matters on the ice. Jaxson is described as a natural goalscorer, but likes to stay away from the physical aspect of the game. Hopefully Jaxson can provide some of the missing pieces needed that Bombay has lost going forward |

Bombays team took a fumble down the stretch of this one, but managed to collect themselves from dropping down to 5th place, to climb back to the 3rd place. J. Koobler managed to save all 28 shots he faced for his first career shutout in the league. |

Season One Completed The Ducks had some hiccups in spans of the season, but Bombay was able to get them back to form coming to the end of the season. The team looked in top form in their last game of the season. L. LaRue benefited greatly with 3 of Bombays Ducks being signed off the team in their first seasons. Mendosa and Morrow both got signed to Rapid City of the ECHL and Baker stated earlier in the season got picked up by the Buffalo Sabres. LaRue finished second in the league for points behind just L. Philp of the PTH who would dominate the league with 23 more points then LaRue. The Ducks had some solid looking performances, but due to some of their tough guys, may have been the case of them losing some games. Penalties can make or break some games and Bombay will need to look to clean that up for the playoffs. The Ducks will meet the first place Port Huron Prowlers in the first round of the playoffs. |

The ducks looked to be on route to have a pretty dominate game against the first place Prowlers, but in the third period, the Prowlers ended up getting 3 unanswered goals to tie things up in the first 10 mins of the 3rd. The Ducks got an unlikely hero as J. Mark scored with 1 min left in the period enroute to a Game 1 victory! Coach Bombay was very conserved with his answers to the media, but said he was proud of his team for not giving up. |

The Prowlers answered back in game 2, thanks to the emergence of star forward L.Philp scoring 4 goals and adding a helper enroute to tie the series up 1-1 and the next game being all or nothing for Coach Bombay's Ducks! |

Coach Bombay could leave with a smirk on his face not only because their huge victory over #1 seeded Port Huron Prowlers, but also knowing his team were able to shut down star player L. Philp to take the Newly Minneapolis Mighty Ducks to the Championship series in their first season! |

Another close game, as Carolina were enroute of taking a commanding 2-0 lead in the series, but Jaxson Riverton gave the Ducks hope as he tied the game with 2 mins left in the 3rd period. They'd hold off until overtime!
The overtime lasted 39 seconds as Ducks Greg Stringer scored his 3rd of the playoffs to lift the Ducks to victory and tied the series up, turning it into a best of 3! |

The Ducks came out hard for game three scoring 3 unanswered goals between the first and second period before Carolina managed to answer with there first goal 5 mins before the end of the second period. Tommy Cardinal would give Carolina hope in the third bringing them within one early, but Seth Playford would score his first goal of the playoffs to help the Ducks secure a 2-1 Series lead against the Carolina Thunderbirds!
The Ducks are 1 win away winning their first Championship in their very first season! |

A crazy third period of 5 goals made for an interesting ending as we were all tied up at 4 goals a piece. The Ducks never let up and the game winning goal came with 6 mins left of the third period as Robert Grant berried his 3rd of the playoffs and ended up being the game winner!
The final buzzer went and Coach Bombay did it again as his Mighty Ducks have won their first championship in his first year! The fans went wild! |

Nice Job. But, isnt it possible, you resize the pictures? They are too big.
Im using Hardcopy and there you can auto adjust the size of saved picture. |

I can defiantly try that, as I didn't know of a program to really use and when I used paint to resize them, the words all got really tiny. Thank you for the recommendation !
