Rookies EVERYWHERE!

So, I just won the Stanley Cup as Vancouver in my first season again...ya, I game the system hard. Had to, the FHM people rightfully see Vancouver as straight up trash.

Anyway, to my surprise Garland is in a Calder race with Draisaitl and Mackinnon. To my eternal disappointment Garland lost to Mackinnon despite getting 70 goals, for a rookie!

Lol, I don't know what's going on there, no history for some players I suppose.

Yeah, if you start the game with no player history, everyone under the rookie age limit will technically be a rookie.

Oh, I didn't see an option for that, why would the game start with no histories? Eichel just won the Calder after missing the 1st year of the game, 92 points for a rookie, that's Joe Sakic like.

Was it a custom game? That'll start with no histories. With standard mode, there's an option to turn them off, but it has to be selected during setup.

Yes, it was, I assumed a Custom game would be one where I could add all the leagues and everything and a standard game would be, I don't know, just...well, what the Custom game is. Super fast in that mode.

So, sorry, I didn't know there a difference. Thank you.
