Editing Owners

I'm currently playing around with the idea of a fictional league starting in the 80's and I'm looking to customize as much about each team as I possibly can to fit my story line. Is it possible to influence each team owners spending or how likely they are to sell the team etc? I know there isn't a particular setting for that but I'm curious if there's a work around of sorts.

Financial Patience will have the biggest effect on spending, the higher it is the more budget room they allow. Selling the team is mainly age-based, the chances increase as the owner gets older, so if you want a fast sale, make them very old to start.

I appreciate it, Jeff, thank you. Now I assume Financial Patience is find under edit when looking at the owners page? At work at the moment and haven’t had a chance to look yet.
