Draft Pick Negotiation screen?

In playing historical seasons, and simming the quiet days of January-February, the sim seems to stop on blank page called Draft Pick Negotiation. Does anyone know what that is? There are no actions for me to do.

This is a carryover from the desktop game that hasn't been activated in OOTP Go. You can ignore it.

In the desktop game you can negotiate the signing bonus of players you drafted, and some prospects will just hate your team and refuse to sign. One of the things that's made the desktop version the king of all sorts sports sims IMO.
