Won't load after asking for serial number on 21 & 22

The serial numbers are saved since the games were purchased a while back. However, as of today, I need to enter the license key for both games with both of them saying "The game could not be activated".

So whats the next plan? Even if I am able to get on, are all my games lost?

Good evening,

We are aware that the third-party company our license provider uses is currently having a widespread issue with their servers. This is affecting users abilities to have their purchased OOTP/FHM games contact the licensing servers for license information and checks. We have been told they are already working on the issue. We will alert you as soon as we are made aware it has been fixed.

The licensing issue is fixed now, so anyone with this problem shouldn't have any more trouble accessing your game.
