Roster Reset switching between go and desktop?
Had a weird thing happen today ( in the perfect league playoffs no less ). I had before the playoffs began moved a pitcher to the reserve ( plank ) and called up Chicken Wolf. Wolf played in the first series ( 6/12 to help me win ). I logged into check via OOTP go, was happy, went away. Came back an hour later and chicken wolf was no longer on my active roster, but on my reserves and my roster was reset ( minus plank even ). I did not directly change anyone out in between playoff games. Oddly enough both plank and wolf are listed as being locked on the reserves for the same time:
But considering I did not change the rosters/lineups it is a bit distressing. |

I continue to have this problem and was able to recreate it today:
I was checking my tournaments from last night, and I noticed that my lineups were vastly different then what I loaded and set ( or I thought I did ). Did some digging and for some reason my lineups for the same team/tourney don't match on different devices. It looks like one device may overwrite the other ( or is cached? ). Was able to replicate this by first logging into my PC joining a new tournament, loading a roster ( which says it loaded the default ), logging out. Moving to my Ipad, logging in, going into the tourney ( which also says loaded the default ), log out. Back to pc, log back in,select the tourney make changes to the roster ( in my example move out moyer for splitoff ). When I go back to the ipad, moyer is in. Back to the PC splitoff is in. Right now my two devices show different lineups for the same team. See screenshots for ipad pitches -vs- pc pitchers... this is persistent between logins. |

Here you can see more wholesale changes, and when flipping between devices the changes don't show.

Note also got this to also happen outside of tournaments, have a video of the steps to reproduce if you need it.

Any changes you make without a sim happening will only show up locally on the device. So if you set your lineup on PC, then log in on your phone, the roster it shows will not include any of the recent PC changes until a sim "locks" it in.

But this would mean rosters between two systems ( or more ) can easily get out of sync and cause inconstancies correct? Which ever system logged in last wins?
I think this is pretty impactful for players using multiple devices especially in larger tournaments. You may login between sims to track your playoff run, or the late stages of a tourney... but that potentially could wipe out changes you made elsewhere. |

Also since weekly tourney's don't sim often and are up for a week, would each login to a different device before the first sim default to the local roster on that device?
Could this be what happened to me in a few tourneys over the last month. spend lots of time setting the roster/strategy on my pc. Log into device which does not have the same setting/roster set minutes before a first sim... logout, roster is not the one from the PC,but from the other device? |

Anyways would love this to change in a future release. I can work around this by no logging into my mobile to play the game if I made changes on my desktop, but that will limit my multi-device usage substantially.
