I don't know if this counts as spammy advertising, but I just want to say that playing TBCB was very inspirational to me when it came time to write my first (self-published novel). The book's name is The Sure Bet King. It's about a gambling "tout" and it features plenty of boxing, including a climax revolving around a superfight. The book can be bought here, in electronic and paperback form.
