Limit birthplaces

Is there a way to limit rookie draft pools by region? For example if I have a fictional league that starts around the time of the Civil War I want the new rookies to only come from States that existed at that time. I don't want a player to be imported into the draft and say that he was born in Anchorage, Alaska which wasn't founded until 1914.

As a secondary, but related issue I'd like to edit the colleges to remove ones that hadn't been founded yet.

I'm pretty sure you would have to manually edit your own region into the "world_default" database file found in the Database folder that comprises of only states that had existed around the time of the Civil War.

You would likely have to do similar editing in "schools" file found in the same folder.

If you don't already have it, I'd recommend Notepad++ for text file editing instead of using the Windows defaults, if you were inclined to try this.
