reporting activity

Is there a way to report nefarious AH activity if you don't know which user is the culprit? I know that we can report particular teams from their home page, but is there another outlet through which the PT team fields cheating inquiries?

I mean, I come across this stuff all the time, but I was reminded that I didn't know how to handle it as I stumbled across a 44 rated card in my dupes that jumped to almost 17000 for L10.
