NEW LEAGUE: DUMB League, '95 Start

We're launching the DUMB League, a sim starting in 1995. We're looking to start simming next week.

The full rulebook is here. A quick sum:

OOTP 22
Stats+ being set up now
Sims every weekday around 12 PM ET
7 in-game day sims
Communication and business over Slack
Scouting ratings scale of 20-80, scouting enabled
26 man roster
Draft pick trading
Coaching disabled
No FA compensation rules - cranked up luxury tax system to offset

A bunch of teams are still available including (at time of post) DET, CWS, KC, MIL, MIN, CAL, TEX, MON, MIA, NYM, PHI, CIN, HOU, PIT, STL, COL, LAD, SD.
