Can't Decide Which Team To Be In New League!!!

I created a fictional league based on teams I would have a connection to, and all is set to go! Just one problem... I have a strong and equal connection to 4 of the 16 teams and can't decide! My preference is to only play as one at a time and not play as all. Does anyone have suggestions haha?

I'm not opposed to starting as a minor league manager and working up, taking a job with the worst team. That would also allow some history to build. Used a number generator to get a random team too but that didn't feel right. Should I use none of these 4 and one I have the least connection with in the league? Anyway, what do y'all do?

Note: I also have this problem with MLB quickstarts because I'm an equal fan of the Cardinals and A's, and am becoming a Braves fan as well since I'm in their market. I just can't ever pick one!
