Formula for evaluating SP ratings?
What formula is being used to evaluate PT22 Starting Pitchers? It tends to change between versions.

So I took all the winning teams in my Diamond league and rated the Starters. If the Starter was #1 they received 5 points, #2 - 4, #3-3 and so on to the #5 starter =1.
Here are the results. Clearly many still prefer Young, but Wainwright passed Wood. Kershaw is still new.

Movement is king. You need at least solid control to be viable (usually 70-80+). The more Stuff the better at that point and it's usually where pitchers with similar stats otherwise scale upward, but you have to hit the movement and control thresholds to be viable at Diamond and PeL.
