iPhone space hog

After using OOTP Go on my iPhone since it was released to Canada, it's become my #1 favourite game but also my #1 space hog app on the phone. It takes up 1.03GB of space and I can't see that going anywhere but up. I primarily play Perfect Team. Is there anything that I can do within the PT Settings (e.g. not saving box scores, which I believe the regular non-PT game has as a setting) that would help reduce the amount of space the app uses up?

PT only downloads boxscores when you open them up.

By default on mobile, every week I believe we clean up old PT league files. You can run that manually from the settings page to clear things out more often, but since we do clear them automatically, it shouldn't increase too too much from there if that's your primary use of the app.

I haven’t noticed this issue on my iPhone or iPad. It is a larger app but it currently uses less space on my devices that Facebook.

I don't play PT. I have 3 historical leagues on my iPhone (1901, 1921 and 1993), all in first season since I'm waiting on fix for historical rookies to original teams, and my total space usage is 970.4 MB. Facebook is only using 402.5 MB. Posting this just for information and comparision purposes.

I'm on Android version and it's almost 10 GB of storage for me.

Go into your league...
Click MLB at the top...
Choose League Rules and Settings...
Change Auto-save/Log settings and reduce these settings down from the whole league to just specifically what you want. For instance, reduce down to just Human teams for game logs recaps and box scores.

It'll help!! (at least it did on PC)
