Quick question

Every so often all my organization scouting reports for every player will go from Highly Accurate to Low

Is that normal or maybe my laptop is just being low on memory

Check to make sure you are looking at your scouts ratings and not OSA. For some reason, which I cannot figure out why, it changes the view sometimes.

I thought the same thing originally sadly not the case though

It’s not really a big deal though. If I restart the game it’s fixed.
But, it bugs me lol
