Unable to Launch Game (Steam)

I have played ~25 hours and now am unable to launch the game at all. I have uninstalled and deleted all data several times including restarts, updated all drivers, reverted all drivers, etc. All overlays have been disabled, and I have followed the rest of the recommended troubleshooting steps.

NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 with Max-Q Design
RAM: 64 GB

The game crashes when clicking play on steam or when launching directly (as administrator or not). I get the "crashed_on_startup" flag is set error. After clicking ok nothing happens and the program closes. I have changed the config file to deactivate the flag several times with the same result.

Sorry for the slow reply, I missed this when you first posted it!

This looks like a video card/Open GL issue. The first thing to try to fix things would be to update your video card drivers. That should solve the problem. If not though, let me know.

Is there any possibility you may've somehow switched your system's graphical settings from using the video card to using integrated graphics?

The trace file is cutting out at a point that indicates the issue is very likely with the OpenGL on your system, so the issue is almost certainly something to do with your video card/graphical settings, so it's probably mostly just a matter of figuring out what might've changed there between when the game was working for you before and now.

I disabled my integrated graphics via device manager and the game launches. This is very inconvenient though! Is there any way this could be patched on your end or do you know a way in which I can disable it just for launching OOTP?

EDIT: It doesn't work. Any way you could send me a copy that isn't on Steam so I could see if that helps? Or a refund and I'll buy it again.
