Paypal Perfect Points purchase failure
For all three of my Perfect Team accounts I made a $4.99 PayPal purchase of Perfect Points, but in all three instances I have not received the points after 4 hours. My game purchase was through FastSpring not Steam even though I have used steam in previous years. In all three instance my account has been charged.
