Finns are not listed as foreigners in VHL's Gornyak

For some reason players from Finland are not considered as foreigners in VHL's Gornyak.
Finns are listed as foreigners in all the other VHL clubs.

Which database was the game started with, Opening Night or Current? I think the Opening Night one had this problem, but it was fixed in the updated database.

I'm pretty sure it's current, because it's the default choice and I don't make any changes when starting a new game. I have the latest version of the game and started this save couple of weeks ago, so I guess the bug is still there.
