Perfect Team - Transaction History up-to-date but nothing else is

In Perfect Team, it is not uncommon for the following to happen:
1) Playing PT but switch away to another app.
2) Switching back to PT results in being disconnected from the Server.
3) Reconnecting works so that I can do Market transactions but the game results are not updated from step 1.

This is especially noticeable by the fact that the League results show Achievements up to Step but the Market Log of Past Transactions show more transactions. In the following screenshots, the second through fifth Achievements are not reflected in the Team Home Page, nor is the Schedule updated with the results of that game.
