Replacing An Injured Pitcher

I have a pitcher go down to injury. I have a reliever warming up already but I have to put him in the game with his status still "warming up." In a real instance, the reliever would be allowed to finish his warmup routine. Perhaps the game could be adjusted so that a reliever replacing an injured pitcher is always "ready?" (Unless he's been over-prepared and thus 'cold')

(I meant to place this in the OOTP GO folder but perhaps it's applicable to the main game as well.)

IIRC you can put any pitcher in the game and they count as ready, regardless of what their status says.

That's to simulate the fact that in real life a pitcher coming in for an injury or ejection gets as long as they need to warm up.
