I want to know about historical mode in OOTP GO

If I buy 2020 season's file, can I use minor system?
I know it is available at PC ootp22 but I'm not sure that mobile also has minor system in historical mode because there wasn't minor system in 1996 season in historical mode which ootp go offers for free.

If your answer is "There are minor system in 2020 historical season's file", then I will buy it.

No, minor leagues are only available in the 2021 season, which is not included in the historical season bundle.

In historical leagues you only have a reserve roster instead of minor leagues.
