Shape of the rink

The shape of the rink isn't quite right in the 2D display and it looks a bit peculiar.

In real life, the 'corners' of the rink start to curve before the red line.

In the 2D display, you can clearly see that they are straight and only begin to curve at the red line.

There might be an under the hood reason for this but if it's not deliberate, I think it should be improved as the rink just doesn't look right.

Will this be remodeled for a more authentic look in FHM 8?

Any thoughts about addressing this?

We'll likely change it at some point, but probably not for 8 - it's going to require new art, and a bunch of changes to the way the corner geometry works for moving pucks, and there are other things that need those resources first.
