Correct Abreviations for import of rookies.

Does anyone know how to figure out what the correct team abbreviations are for importing rookies to their actual historical teams from the database each year?

The abbreviations should be in the hitting and pitching text files.

I made a post before OOTP5 came out detailing ALL the team abbreviations used in the Lahman Database.
