Preseason prediction report not generating

Message says report not generating. Yet message says it should generate once you visit this screen during spring training....which i'm in now.

Just confirming that the latest patch (22.3.42) did not fix this. I didn't expect it to, but just letting you know.

Magically, the day Spring Training ended (aka, Opening Day), the Pre-season Prediction Report started generating again for me.

It's generating for me right before Opening Day as well, which seems fine, the late FA stragglers are signed by that point so it makes sense to hold off on predicting stuff I think.
