audience in 3D models?

I've noticed that the audience is not animated in the new 3D stadiums in the game, but when using an older park, say, one of Silvam14's parks, the audience is moving around. I have all the audience settings set to high detail. Is this normal?

Yup. this is part of the new parks. The team said they would be working on a way to get a moving crowd. We’ll see

Yes, I would list this as perhaps my biggest disappointment with 22. It's 2020 in perpetuity. Inanimate, cardboard cutout fans as a permanent feature. Very creepy. Very depressing.

Someone should cook up a 'Hot Chocolate' mod for OOTP 22 to get these stiffs moving.
