PT 22 Tournament Changes

Hello everyone!
We have some tournament tweaks that are now live. None of this is permanent. Tournaments are always a fluid situation, but this should add to your enjoyment. This is what's changed:

- Added Daily Historical Iron tournament; 64 teams best of seven knockout starting at 12:30pm ET
- Increased Daily Early Iron from 64 to 128 teams, while changing the reward structure to fit
- Change Friday Diamond Cap to a 4pm ET start instead of 8pm so that it ends at midnight if it fires in time.
- Change Friday Bronze Historical Cap to 2pm start from 4pm
- Increase the cap on Sunday Defense Cap from 1625 to 1750
- Increased the cap on Sunday Special Edition Cap from 1875 to 2000
- Change the reward structure on these tournaments
o Q-Gold-Historical-1949-RRF3-T32
o Q-Silver-Historical-1981-RRF3-T32
o Q-Open-Historical-1969-RRF3-T32
