124 year old player re-enters draft a century after being drafted

I've got a player, Roy Corgan who was born Nov. 7th, 1893. The game's date is now Jan 2nd, 2018. Roy is the oldest human being alive, and is now considered draft eligible in 2017. He was acquired via the 1913 Amateur Draft with the 70th overall pick.

He signed a contract in 1914, and was never released, and never retired.

I seriously have to question his Eye rating, improving at that age....
