For St Louis and Baltimore....

The TQBL is starting its 3rd season, two weeks into the season now. We're still on OOTP4 but will make the switch later.

Using MLB players from 2002, 85 Million salary cap.
Looking for active owners with AIM/ICQ Capabilities.

This is a good league with dedicated owners and some rule tweaks to bring a realism and fairness to the leaguel.
