Thank you markus
I will buy OOTP 22 if it comes out and if the new company screws the game up then i can honestly say I don't care. I could play OOTP 21 forever. I play historical only so i have a database and pics. That's all i need and to Markus i wish him and the rest all the best. I have been on this journey with Markus since 03 and it has been a trip with ups and downs like OOTP 6.5.
So Markus thank you and good luck it has been a pleasure supporting your dream and watching it grow. I will continue to support OOTP if it keeps growing if not I'm out of here. And to all the members who helped me with questions through the years thank you....Bosunmate |

Can't disagree... I could play OOTP21 and be happy forever, but that won't prevent me to get 22 in April.
Only need a functional 19th century structure (it's kind of annoying to do everything manually for the first 29 years of baseball history) and the complete minor leagues structure starting in 1876 to have the perfect game for me. It sure improved a lot since I bought OOTP 2007 after playing the demo and falling in love with the game.

So I take it that there has been a change in ownership? Is that right and there seem to be concerns . Just wondering if there is any more insight to share.
This is my first year with the game and its fantastic so I hope to be with it for a long time. |

Nervous nellie concerns. Why can't people wait until something tangible happens before they overreact.

Joining these other old school guys in thanking Markus, Andreas, Matt, and everyone else who have given me so much joy over the years. I will buy 22 for sure and am keeping an open mind about the future.
21 is fantastic and could be happy playing it for years. Congrats to the team and I hope the rewards are sweet! You deserve them and more.

Just finished the 100th season of my league last night. I usually get 150 seasons played per version but lost a couple months playing time this year due to a sudden and unexpected move as well as other real life stuff.
I could easily play another 1000 seasons, but as I have done 21 times in the past, I will once again purchase the game this year. It's just too much fun not to ![]() Thanks to every single person who has ever contributed to the game; Developers, Beta Team, Modders, Advice givers on the Forums, etc etc. |

21 was my 1st. purchase of this sim. I LOVE it. Thanks to the developers and all those who take the time to mention imperfections and/or improvements to this game.
I'll buy 22 the second that I see it's available. Could someone explain to me what a Beta version is ? I'd like to be involved in that. I also think it would be cool ( with permission of course) to include in the draft people's names that helped developed/improved this game. |
