Start a historical MLB franchise, and turn on the historical minors, they'll be in there.

The Negro Leagues start showing up in 1920, as long as you have historical minors enabled. They come in as a AAA level. And they progress until 1947, when Robinson breaks the color barrier. They've been in the game for a few years now, since version 18. And we should all thank the late Spritze (my friend, you are greatly missed) for contributing work on the minors, including Negro Leagues.

I hope Negro Leagues can be more visible. Since MLB now considers them on par with the major leagues, the Negro Leagues probably deserve a spot on the main menu. And I hope we'll be able to use them without having to enable minor leagues.
