Historical International Tournaments?

Why cant I find this option?
Is it in the New Historical Game? If so I have an issue when I scroll down the available years, it gets cut off at 2014. Not sure if its there. This must be a screen resolution issue, but cant seem to fix it.

The international tournaments are included in historical games - whatever year you start in, you'll see the Olympics, Canada Cups, etc. that occurred in that season and afterwards.
