WS Roster change

I am trying to make a change on my World Series roster, but it says that the player is not eligible. I tried to make the change each day in between the LCS and WS. I did take a pitcher off the roster, but it was not for an injury. The new player was put onto the 40 man before the Rule 5 draft the previous off-season, and had 81 days of MLB time during the season.

In the Roster and Transaction tab, does it show the player is eligible for the playoff roster?

I'm not convinced OOTP gets this right

You can always go to the player editor and there's a check box for playoff eligible

Make sure you make room on your regular season roster as well for the player you want to add. This happened to me and this is what it finally took to get the player on the postseason roster.

The key here is that he must be on the 25/40 man roster (lower left). Then you can drag and drop to the "eligible" for PO roster (upper right). After that remove a player if you haven't already from the playoff roster (upper left to upper right) to the "eligible" roster. Then go the opposite way upper right to upper left for the replacement player. hope that helps!
