New "fictional" ballpark

Ah, what the heck... it's been forever since I worked on a ballpark, and for some reason this evening I felt like it Below is "Metropolis Stadium" - started with old Cleveland Muni and fussed around till I was happy. Have fun - but your not allowed to make Superman a player

Looks great, Henry. Couldn't you of made it a nicer day? Or are the grey skies a sign of the apocalypse

i'm in awe of your stadium work, Henry!

If i may ask, what do you use to create your stadiums?

Thanks Guys

I use Paint Shop Pro, the $99 dollar package. It's not as capable as Photoshop, but a lot cheaper and I've used it long enough now to make it do "almost" anything

Henry, we must be twins. I just saw this post and can't beleive we just modified the same stadium. I just felt like working on a stadium mod, as well. Here's the version of Met that I completed with a grass field and cityscape for my Metro Leagues. I call it Mammoth Stadium and was designing it for a possible future expansion team in the Metros. It can be found here...

Awesome, Henry. Simply AWESOME.

Are you starting with a High Heat stadium and then editing them? Forgive me, if i'm asking for trade secrets.

LOL... no problem. I've used HH stadiums, ballparks from Old Time Baseball and Tony Larussa, and even paintings of ballparks. Recently I found a whole stash of ballpark drawings (that part IS a trade secret) that I'm going to use as base models for more fictional parks in the future.

Super job Henry, I am in awe.......Will definitely use all you can make. They look great. Sure is a lot of talent on this board.....
Makes me want to dive in and try one. Of course I won't post the results. I could draw it on paper with no problem, just getting it done with PSP is what I have no talent for......oh well.
Thanks again.
