Age/Development Speed Settings Question

I am just now getting into setting up my OOTP21 Franchise even though I bought the game months ago, and I am seeking information on settings for this version. I didn't see any thread specifically talking about the age and development settings for OOTP21 like I have for past versions.

I will be playing a modern day MLB franchise with real players and am hoping to have the aging numbers relatively close to current real MLB numbers. I pretty much went with default (or very close to it) for my OOTP20 franchises, with decent results. However, I know that each version of this game can be a bit different. If anyone has any input about what works for them, or can at least point me to a thread for 21, I would appreciate it.
