Minor league managers and playing backups
One thing I noticed if you let the minor league managers run lineups and pitching staffs is that, for batters anyway, they rarely play the backups. See screenshots below illustrating how I'd like to have depth charts set up, and how the minor league manager would do it if left up to him. Is there a setting or settings that would force the manager to play more people? I ask because it's time-consuming to constantly adjust lineups for 5 minor league teams in addition to the major leagues. What I've been doing is run the minors myself for at least half the season then, depending on how the major league team is doing, focus more on that team and let the minors run themselves. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm fairly new to OOTP but if I have a clear cut high potential player, I want him playing all the time until he is tired. If I have 2 guys that are about even in potential, then I would make sure both get playing time. Usually my minors are more clear cut for each position so I'd use something closer to what the manager is suggesting.
