Can't open Complete Universe Facegen Pack

I have enthusiastically downloaded the Complete Universe Facegen Pack. I am somewhat in awe of the amount of time and effort that must have gone into its production and really appreciate it being made available. My problem however is that Windows can't open that type of file (.7z).

Is there a way around this? Perhaps a way to change the file type?

You need 7-Zip. It's free.
