team staff record colouring

When I look at my personnel, specifically their individual page, on the bottom is the history. Sometimes the record is in green, sometimes, white and sometimes red. What does this mean? Does green mean they overperformed expectations, red underperformed? When I look at the records, it seems that anything above .550 is green, below .450 is red. Is that correct?

How do you evaluate the performance of your staff and when they should be let go? The team record is often a reflection of the staff they have, not necessarily how good a job they did.

Green is good
Red is bad

I don't know where the exact cutoffs are. If it looks like + or - .050, that's probably what it is.

Yeah, team record isn't a good way.

If you search the forums you will find a lot of discussion on this topic. It's not something that's as cut and dry as evaluating players. There's not an easy way to directly measure their performance.

I've though of doing something like keeping a spreadsheet for each coach. And then recording the ratings of players when they start with that coach and when they leave. But I've never done it and probably never will.
