More pinch hitting control

I cannot seem to get AI to manage pinch hitting properly. OOTP has come a long way in AI management of the bullpen as well as unique options for us to help in that regard.

There should be an option under player strategy to either guarantee or increase the likelihood that player gets pinch hit for when facing a RH or LH. You could go even further to add the likelihood based on game situation as well and even a spot where you could suggest the pinch hitter AI to use.

I have "pinch hit for position players" set all the way up and it doesn't do any good. It makes it challenging when you have a team that is very platoon heavy.
