Please add more user options for Continue Button
One of my favorite additions to OOTP21 is the continue button. But, I don't manage a team, nor do I GM. I'm just a fan. I love the league reports home page and would love to see it added as an option on the Continue button game flow list. I would love it if I had the option to have OOTP automatically take me to the league reports home page each time I hit continue. This page reminds me of growing up and opening the sports page to the inside page to see the standing and boscores.

Bookmarks are your friend.
I use the reports page as my home page. F2 takes me there from anywhere.  Not a fan of the continue button and have it disabled. Could see it being plenty useful if I managed a team, but playing in fan mode I like the bookmarks for my favourite/often visited pages. Last edited by Bluenoser; 10-18-2020 at 08:04 AM. |

Bookmarks are broken in v21. I have a long time set of bookmarks F2 through F10 in use and working for 10 versions or more that don't work in v21. I've posted about it but nobody else seems to use bookmarks it seems.

IE a couple versions ago I could bookmark the newspaper page but in both 20 and 21 this does not work anymore. Instead any bookmark saved ends up going to the "news list" not the "newspaper page". Funny part of this was it didn't go bad until I tried to make a change in the new game. What happened is I imported my ongoing game and the bookmarked newspaper page came with it. I decided to reorder my list so cleared it and redid it. That's when the game stuck on the news list instead of the newspaper. I did report to Lukas and he said they would look into it but, since it wasn't a big issue, I didn't follow up with him to see what he found out. Since it was never fixed I figured either couldn't be done or forgotten. Either way, while it would be nice, it's certainly not a deal breaker.

I use the Reports Home as my home page, my league always opens to that page. Another convenience is the news and newspaper shortcut tab at the top left.
