Cannot do Amateur draft

I am in the 5th year of a custom game. It has 4 leagues in an association. I have had no issues with the Amateur draft in the past, but something is hanging it up this season.

It is the date set for the draft.
I go to the draft page and click on Continue Draft, it progresses to the draft page.
The draft class shows, and the lower right panel shows it is round 1, but in the lower left panel of the draft screen, it says "The Draft is Finished"

Have you tried drafting a player using the "Actions" menu?

When I click on the Actions menu, the two options there are not active, just white. I have tried dragging a player to the normal draft panel, but it won't allow it.

I am hoping I don't have to go back to a save, as I made a lot of moves during the offseason that I would hate to have to replicate.

Not sure what else to try. Suggest submitting a bug - they may be able to look at your league file and see if something's wrong with it.

Yeah, I got thinking that it would have been better to post this in the bug reports forum.
