Pitch Ratings Where?

I see everyone talking about ratings that say avoid home runs, avoid hits for pitchers but i can't seem to find them anywhere. How can I view them?

You will see them on the player card if, if you aren't using Reduced Ratings or Talent Only for the display.

OK, I figured it out... What is the difference between all 3?

The one set, where you see Avoid HR's for pitchers, or the HR rating for hitters is the most detailed. I don't ever use it anymore.

Reduced ratings, which is what I like to use, combines those detailed ratings into Stuff, Movement, and Control for pitchers; Contact Hitting, Power Hitting, and Eye for batters.

Talent Only shows you the talent level of the player, or what he might be capable of hitting or pitching through luck and development. That is considered the most challenging, since you have to evaluate players through their performance, never seeing something like an 8 in hitting for average or contact hitting which can tell you the guy would probaby hit over .300.

The game plays NO DIFFERENT no matter the ratings set you use, it is just a different way that YOU view the players and their abilities.
