Minor League Pitching Staff Usage

I submitted a support ticket for this, but have not heard back in a week so I figured I would post here as well.

I'm seeing an issue with my pitcher usage in the minor leagues when ghost players are enabled and teams don't have full pitching staffs. It is using guys almost everyday out of the bullpen and rarely (if at all) using ghost players, causing my pitchers to throw when fatigued and severely hamper their ERAs.

This is happening across multiple saved games both locally and in online leagues I am in as well.

Generally speaking the game is always going to prefer using real players over ghost players if possible, especially since the ghost players are usually pretty bad.

I'd be interested to see what the actual fatigue levels are in the %'s are, because from what I can see here, it looks like a pretty gassed bullpen but not really anything well beyond what I'd expect to see normally.

Here ya go, everyone is either completely exhausted or near it. These guys are all on the same team.
