How do you update TBCB?

Hi, I have come back to playing TBCB after being away for years, and I have a question: How do I update the database? I see there are mods posted, but I do not see files. If there were files, I would not know where to place them. Any help would be appreciated. TIA. Also, if I wanted to add fighters, what info is needed?
