Football?

Just curious, and not trying to start a war or stir up emotions, but did the idea to create an OOTP football game go away? I used to check for updates but not seeing it on the discussion anymore.

I would say check back in about 5 years and MAYBE there will be some news.

I will be civilized. OOTP is a fun game. Everything that one can do in it, is amazing. It is very addicting. I am not a hockey fan so I have not played FHM 6 but it looks cool. All I want is a trial run for a football game. Brand new. Fresh. OOTP is a small company and I respect them. I have put more hours into their games than I have any other games over the past three years. I love NFL football as much as I love MLB Baseball. With NFL Madden sucking more and more every year, I need an alternative. I do not want to be banned so please do not ban me. I just want to say my piece. I love OOTP 21. Is it possible. Just a little possible that OOTP take a year off of hockey and maybe not update OOTP too much and work on a NFL football game in the future. I do not want any promises or anything. I just want you to try. Madden sucks and I need an alternative just like OOTP Baseball was there to comfort me when MLB the Show started sucking. You do not need FOF. I probably will never play it. But I need an alternative to Madden. A lot of people are fed up with Madden. I am one of them. You do not have to respond. Just think about it? Thank you for your time.

to me, OOTP is going down hill. They are putting all their eggs in one basket (i.e the baseball game). The hockey game needs a ton of work. No Football now, no basketball.

I have to admit, since ootp 18 to me the baseball game has gone. they use to boost about realistic stats setting them aside from the arcade version out there. But now it seems that has changed, more worried about the graphics and the stats are not realistic. Since 18, the game doesn't flow right.

Looks like I'm going back to Madden and MLB the show...
