Player Photos Disappearing From Game

I had a hard drive crash and had to reinstall the game and restore personal files from backup. However, it looks like many of the player photos disappeared from the saved game, and I've had to add them back in manually. I'm getting ready to finish a season and I want to make sure that any new players automatically get photos added. (I would also possibly like to do an auto-reload for any I've missed manually.) How do I make sure this happens properly? I'm in the awards phase of the season and I've already noticed that some rookies debuting in the next season are not loading their photos from the image files.

How about this question: where do the player photos need to be and what format does the directory structure have to be in for the game to automatically find them?

I currently have a folder in the game root directory called Player_Debut_Folders (I don't know where it came from), but even when I use the Auto-Reload Picture option to try to update missing photos nothing happens.

So no one knows what I need to do to make sure the photos get used correctly? I thought this would be an easy one after 21 iterations of the game.

I think they changed the format for photos i have 19,000 photos and only play historical. I have player photos for the player but can't find a way to insert the photo into my game..I guess with so many photos it is bound to miss some and it can change from league to league one league will have the photo next league not hope someone can explain how to put photo's in after the league starts and the fill missing photo's doesn't work properly also i think maybe facegen changed the photosystem not sure but someone will be able to help...

I know that you can manually add a photo by going to the player's Editor Tab and using Import Photo File under the Picture Functions. But you'd have to do that manually for any player missing a photo. I'd like to be able to trigger either a single automatic search or mass update, but I don't know if there's a way to do that. I'm also still not sure where my photos are supposed to be for the game to find them correctly.
