Interesting Quirk--Personality Tied to Position
On my fictional Chicago White Sox, I have a relief pitcher named Jesus Canales. I was planning on using him in a setup role, but just before the season began, I asked my manager to suggest a staff, and he moved Canales into the closer role, changing his position from RP to CL. And when he did, Jesus's personality suddenly upgraded from unspecified to Captain. When I switched Canales back to RP, he lost that Captain personality. Don't recall ever seeing this before!

Wow, I never noticed this but I also never thought to look. Maybe derived from his happiness in a role?

Nice find!
Also, I forgot just how great the game looks with the "classic" skin. I switched over and the colors really pop on this skin!! |

Me three, I noticed while testing some logos a while back but didn't switch permanently because I was posting sim results publicly and didn't want to change midseason. But I will today!

I tried the dark skin for a few hours. It depressed me.

I hate the fact that I'm forced to use dark skin because the others are underdeveloped

I love classic skin.
Ever since they introduced the dark skin as the default, I've just automatically switched back to classic with each new game purchase. But your comment leads to a question: Is there something (some information for example) I am missing out on by using the classic skin? In what way is it 'underdeveloped'? |

LOVE classic skin, always.
I do miss the marbled ability bars of previous versions in 21. only complaint.

Following up with a different quirk
Same White Sox team in the same fictional league, here is a pitcher who is a Captain when he is classified as a starter and a Sparkplug when he is classified as a reliever.

Relief pitchers cannot be Captains.... Closers and Starters can. It has nothing to do with happiness.

Seems silly to me. Leaders are leaders. They don't stop being leaders because the manager uses them differently.
