Roll-Over Compensation Picks
In MLB I believe a team is required to offer 40% of the slot bonus to a draft pick to be eligible for a compensation picks for unsigned players. I don't think this is standard (or an option) for OOTP, wondering why that might be?

My recent online drafts seem to have had IMPOSSIBLE signing demands to be reduced or removed entirely, which could cut down on roll-overs... unless people just neglect to offer at all.
